Hola people . In today's BEL 260's class , we had learnt about non-linear text . Non-linear text is about text that are not in paragraph state , but it is in graphic state such as graph , table and so on . It is interpretation of information presented graphically . Based on the tips that Miss Zu gave us , I can conclude that make tis type of question is not that difficult , and not so easy too . Haha . Let me share with you several tips that we got from our lovely lecturer ;)
- Spend 5 minutes reading the graphs/charts etc .
- Make sure you understand axes.
- Make sure you follow lines on graph.
- Focus on the key information .
- If two graphs - compare them.
- Think about the time period - tenses .
- Vary your vocabulary.
- Organize information clearly
- Write neatly :)

Then , to concrete our understanding about this , Miss Zu divided us into 4 groups and I have to group with all boys . Pity me *sighs* . We have to do the non-linear text exercise according to the groups and present it on next Monday . That's all from me . till then , bye
